We use the lowest, yet effective pressure wash stream to remove chipping paint and clean the deck surface before applying new stain. Low pressure washing will be done to not damage the existing wood surface.
Switching stain color? Heavy board wear and tear? Sanding deck boards and railings provides the opportunity for a fresh new surface prior to a new coat of stain.
If and when a deck board has rotting or other damage compromising the integrity of the board we will replace it.
We have years of experience working with different stains and will only recommend and provide stain we know will last.
